PM E-DRIVE is a Government of India scheme to promote electric mobility by providing financial support for setting up EV Public charging stations (EVPCS) and battery swapping /battery charging stations across India.
The purpose of PM E-DRIVE, KERALA this web portal is to enable Charge Point Operators (CPOs) to register and submit proposals, and apply for subsidy support to set up EV Public Charging Stations (EVPCS), under category C of the PM E-DRIVE scheme.
Charge Point Operators (CPOs) who meets the eligibility criteria as mention in EOI can apply through this portal.
PAN, Incorporation Certificate / CIN, GSTIN, CMS screenshots and activation date, mobileapp links (Play Store / App Store), proof of existing stations, proof of operation (commercial operation dates), and signed self-declaration forms.
Land-ownership proof (NOC or lease – Annexure A), latitude/longitude, Land Feasibility Assessment form (Annexure -B) , location sketch, DISCOM demand note/ upstream estimate, charger configuration connector types, capacities, number of chargers eg 30 Kw, CCS2-2Nos estimated upstream infrastructure cost (exclude-GST).
Please upload the details of your existing EV charging stations which are currently operational. A minimum of 10 stations must be submitted for verification. The uploaded photos should be clear and must visibly display the CPO name and charger unit. Only geo-tagged photos with accurate latitude and longitude coordinates will be accepted.
In the PM E-DRIVE scheme under Category C which include private land with public access for public Ev charging station, will receive 80% subsidy on upstream infrastructure.
Submitting an application on the portal does not guarantee subsidy approval. KSEBL as the State Nodal Agency will aggregate the accepted applications and forward them to the MHI for approval.

A CPO can submit up to 50 locations.
